This is where we really start having fun! By accessing your layout, you will have an opportunity to make your blog as unique and interesting (yet practical) as possible. The 'Layout' tab has four subtitles: Page Elements, Fonts and Colors, Edit HTML, and Pick New Template. We will spend the bulk of our time talking about Page Elements.

Locate the Layout tab either on your Dashboard page or by clicking on customize (from your blog page). Familiarize yourself with the four subtitles. Click on Page Elements.
